Which finishes does the LOUVEX Coin Necklace come in?

Our Personalised Coin Necklace is made from stainless steel and is available in silver-tone steel, 18K gold plating, and 18K rose gold plating. Gold-plated finishes are not solid gold.

Can I personalise the necklace?

The jewellery supports laser engraving on the front and back. Select the appropriate engraving option on the product page. Please double-check your text or design before ordering; the available fields depend on the product personalisation tool.

What size is the necklace?

The pendant measures approximately 20 × 20 mm. The chain is 45 cm long and includes a 5 cm extension.

When will my jewellery be prepared?

Our production partner generally prepares personalised jewellery in 2–5 business days before dispatch. Shipping takes additional time, depending on destination and delivery service. Please refer to the checkout estimate for your order.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Keep jewellery away from harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to water and perfumes. Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth and store carefully when not in use.

Can I change an engraving after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Changes may not be possible after personalisation or production has begun.
